Description
Safe Ministry Essentials – online (approximately 5 hours)
This course is for
- those who are new to Safe Ministry Training, or
- those whose previous training has expired (3 years since your last training), or
- those whose previous training was the Junior Leader’s course.
If you are not sure, contact your local Safe Ministry Representative.
Leaders under 18yrs: If you are under 18 years of age, we do not recommend you access the Safe Ministry Training courses without the knowledge and consent of your parent/guardian, as some of the content may be confronting.
Course enrolment period: You will be enrolled in your online course until 31/7/24. If you do not complete the whole course within your enrolment period, you will need to re-enrol and re-start your training.
Safe Ministry training includes discussion of topics such as child abuse, family and domestic violence, abuse of power and bullying. Please contact the Safe Ministry Team (OSM) if this training may cause concern.
Cost
Safe Ministry Essentials $20 for Anglicans* | $30 for Other Denominations
*Subsidised cost for Sydney Anglicans by the Anglican Diocese of Sydney.
