Verify Certificate Codes

This page is for Safe Ministry Representatives to verify the Safe Ministry Training Certificate Codes that have been part of our training system.

Simply enter the certificate code in the box below and click the button to verify it.

The verification information will display details of the person, the course they completed and the date it was completed.

Important Notes:

  1. a green ‘valid’ tick – identifies that the course was completed in our system but it does not confirm that a certificate is current (see point #2)

  2. certificates must be current for people in leadership – a course must be completed within the last 3yrs to be current and acceptable

  3.  expiry dates – this field will only contain dates for courses completed after 11 May 2026
